For fourteen years, I've sat across from women in chronic pain — moms juggling work, kids, and a body that just won't cooperate. I built Lighthouse because the answer was never just another prescription. It was a place. A community. A pause.

I'm a wife to Levi, mom to Holt and Kai, and a small-town Idaho girl living on ten acres at the foot of Mt. Hood. I believe each of us was put here on purpose, designed for connection, and worthy of being seen.

When you walk through our doors, you will feel seen, known, and loved. That's the promise.
